Day 1
Bicycle Tour of Bogotá
This tour was specially designed for those bike lovers who want to experience the city riding on one. Starting at your hotel where they will pick you up you will be taken to the meeting point, where you can choose your bike and meet your friendly local guide. The guide will ask you some questions about your tastes and interests, in order to know which are the most interesting places for you, making the tour more personal and special. You will start in the center of the city and tour the vibrant and charming neighborhood of La Candelaria. In the oldest neighborhood of the capital, you can see the contrast of the colorful colonial houses and the dynamic street art. You will have the opportunity to see this more closely in the Chorro de Quevedo, where you will make a short stop, to have a better understanding of the history of Colombia.
Then, you will pedal until you reach the Plaza de Bolívar. This square is the historical epicenter of the city, where the most important and prestigious administrative and governmental buildings of the country are located. These have become part of the growth of the capital, history and a common place for the inhabitants of the capital.
